What is balance diet and how it works

Balance diet is nothing complicated but your regular food which you need to devide in some portion.

Balance diet is having plate full of diffrent nutritions require by body, like carbs and fiber from Rice, Chapati, vaggies around 40%, Protein from eggs, lentils or from meat around 40% and remaining 10% curd, yogurt, buttermilk, 10% of fat.
You can maintain your health and weight by changing portion on your plate according to carbs, fiber, fat, lactose and most important protein. See the image below and you can try it and modify as per your requirements. It can be diffrent as per your health goal like normal person, weight loss, diebetic journey, lactose intolrance or as and blood pressure or colestrole patient.
